Description

For a full day, you will experience the daily life of Rose and her husband during the olive harvesting season.

From harvesting to tasting, there are many steps involved! The mill, the olive oil transformation, the preparations, and more. You will see the olive in all its forms!

Rose will teach you the techniques for harvesting olives directly from the trees. Then you will head to the mill to witness the magic of oil production. You will also learn how to create a whole meal centered around the olive, including olive oil bread, tapenade, olive cake, and marinated olives to savor.

You will leave enchanted and amazed by this truly magical place, with a few preparations to remember it by.
