Dahabiya Sailing Itineraries

4 Nights/5 Days – From Luxor (Esna) to Aswan

Day 1 Monday – Embarkation and Visit Khnum Temple.

Breakfast at your hotel, then transfer to Esna (1 H.) to embark on your Dahabiya. Start your sightseeing by visiting the Khnum Temple. Then we‘ll set sail and start our magical journey. We‘ll anchor at an island in the Nile. Lunch, dinner, and overnight on-board.

Day 2 Tuesday – Sailing to Edfu and Wadi Shatt

In Edfu you will visit the Horus Temple, one of the best maintained temples in Egypt. Then we‘ll sail on to Wadi Shatt and invite you for a lovely walk through fields, plantations, villages and the desert. The ship will wait for us in Gebel el Silsila where your dinner will be served on deck.

Day 3 Wednesday – Gebel el Silsila and Kom Ombo

In Gebel el Silsila you will discover ancient sandstone boulders and chapels hewn into the rock dating back to rulers of Pharaohs era. Next, we will visit the double temple of Haroeris and Sobek in Kom Ombo. Your dinner will be served under the stars.

Day 4 Thursday – Sailing to Daraw

In Daraw we will visit a camel stable. Then we‘ll stroll through the village with its colorful fruit and vegetable stalls. We‘ll sail on to a quiet anchorage near Aswan.

Day 5 Friday – Disembark in Aswan

After a leisurely breakfast, the Captain and his crew will bid you farewell. Disembarkation, and transfer to your next destination.

Payment Policy :

• 50% of total trip amount is required upon confirmation
• The remaining balance is required 3 weeks prior to the arrival date.

If the request is less than a month from the arrival date, then 100% of the trip amount is required upon confirmation.

Cancellation Policy :

• 35 days prior to the arrival date, free of charge
• 30 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total trip amount will be applied
• 23 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the total trip amount will be applied.
